Short course: Polygenic Risk Scores analysis

Wellcome Connecting Science are organising a FREE course on Polygenic Risk Scores analysis, which will take place in Uganda. The course is open to participants from all over Africa and travel & accommodation bursaries are available to support attendance. This course could be a game-changer for students and scientists interested in Polygenic Risk Scores analysis.

The deadline for applications is approaching soon, on April 5th. The course is targeted towards scientists with some prior background in GWAS, interested in the theory and/or application of polygenic risk scores. It is particularly important for those undertaking research in Bioinformatics, Genetic Epidemiology, Population Genetics, Statistical Genetics, Clinical Genetics, & Quantitative Genetics.
