- 7th mobile app workshop: including QnA sessions with Giovanni Delacqua, lead mobile app developer
- 7th administrator session: workshops and discussion forums relating to end-user support and training, development of policies and standards, regional collaboration and support communities
- 8th presentations and demonstrations of new functionalities in REDCap creative use cases, design tips and tricks
